In a study led by lead author Rachel Whitmer, a research scientist at Kaiser Permanente, researchers have found that belly fat increases the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Says Whitmer, “You can have a healthy body mass index but have a risk of dementia due to belly fat.”

A flat belly can be achieved by maintaining a healthy diet, avoiding high calorie foods, managing a healthy lifestyle and exercising on a regular basis.

This is absolutely false. Such products are very likely to adversely affect your health in long run by causing damage to your internal organs.
3. Avoid products that attempt to make hormonal changes to reduce belly fat. Belly fat is not a result of hormones and tampering with the delicate balance of hormones within the body can have long term repercussions.
