Why Belly Fat Is Dangerous For Your Life???

Belly fat is not just dangerous to an active social and personal life. It can spell serious danger to your long term health and well being. While most people want to lose belly fat to look good and feel good, it is important to acknowledge the many dangers of belly fat. Hopefully, it will induce more people to lose this abdominal fat.

It can pose some of the health dangers, like:

1.       Heart Diseases: In both men and women, it poses a serious risk of angina and other serious heart diseases including heart failure.

2.       High Blood Pressure: Abdominal fat contributes significantly to high blood pressure. People who have belly fat, but are other lean are at a much higher risk of high blood pressure than people without it.

3.       Cancer: It can lead to many different kinds of cancer. In men, it can lead to cancer of vital organs like pancreas or kidney, whereas in women it increases the risk of breast and colorectal cancer.

4.       Diabetes: Belly fat can lead to type 2 diabetes in both men and women. It can also lead to insulin resistance which can cause a lot of problems in treatment of diabetes.

5.       Varicose Veins: Although women are more prone to varicose veins from belly fat, even in men, it can clog up veins in the legs causing disruption in proper blood supply.

6.       Sleep Apmea: It is also known to cause a number of sleep disorders, the most common of which is sleep apnea.

It is important to remember that there is no quick fix solution to the belly fat problem. You have to maintain a proper diet, lead a physically active lifestyle, exercise on a regular basis to lose belly fat and ensure that it does not return.
